Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a registration or completing a retreat purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Retreat Registration & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase. Event listings may include additional details for the selected weekend.

Business and Contact Information

After the I Do is the public-facing name for these experiences. Questions about the website or a retreat registration may be sent to info@aftertheidoexperiences.com.

Eligibility

Retreat packages are for two adults who are married to one another. Each attendee must meet the resort’s age, identification and conduct requirements.

Retreat Package and Pricing

Each event listing identifies its dates, package price per couple, inclusions, registration cutoff and event-specific terms. The listing shown at checkout controls the package purchased. Prices are displayed per couple.

One Package Admits Two Adults

One package admits two married adults and includes one shared guestroom for the retreat dates listed. Each order is limited to one couple package; a second retreat package cannot be added to the same order.

Accommodation and Room Assignment

Each weekend package includes the guestroom described in its event listing. The resort assigns room placement and view based on the contracted room category and availability. Requests for a particular room, view or placement are not guaranteed.

Payment and Third-Party Financing

Payment is due at checkout. Where offered, financing is provided by an independent provider such as Affirm or Klarna. The provider makes all approval decisions and sets its own rates, terms and payment schedule. After the I Do does not offer or manage an installment plan. Payment details are handled by Wix and the payment provider; After the I Do does not store full payment-card numbers.

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment or financing authorization and receipt of a confirmation email. Adding a package to a cart or beginning checkout does not reserve a room. The package remains subject to the event’s available inventory and registration deadline.

Guest Information and Rooming Lists

The purchaser is responsible for accurate attendee details and completing the Couple Profile by the requested deadline. Information needed to arrange the stay, respond to requests or prepare the rooming list may be shared with the resort and service providers involved in the retreat, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Schedule, Venue or Amenities

Reasonable changes to meeting rooms, room assignments, schedules, facilitators, activities, dining arrangements, resort entertainment or amenities do not constitute cancellation. Included resort amenities and activities are subject to resort schedules, weather, maintenance, availability and operations. A cancellation by After the I Do is handled under the Retreat Registration & Cancellation Policy.

Participant Conduct

Participants must treat other guests, facilitators and resort staff respectfully and follow applicable law, event instructions and resort rules. Threatening, harassing, abusive or unlawful conduct may result in removal from an activity or the retreat, subject to applicable law and the Retreat Registration & Cancellation Policy.

Alcohol and Resort Rules

Guests must follow the resort’s rules for alcohol, beverages, facilities and scheduled activities. Alcohol may be served only to guests legally permitted to consume it. Beverage selections and service are subject to resort policy and availability.

Photography and Media Consent

The Couple Profile lets each couple state a preference for general event imagery, wide or group imagery only, or no identifiable promotional imagery. We use those preferences to guide planned photography and promotional use and make reasonable efforts to honor them. Please contact us before the retreat to update a preference.

Accessibility and Dietary Requests

Dietary, allergy and accessibility or mobility requests may be submitted through the Couple Profile. Provide requests as early as possible. We may share relevant details with the resort when needed to coordinate the stay. Requests are not guaranteed, and resort capabilities, schedules and food-preparation practices apply. Do not submit medical diagnoses through the Couple Profile.

Intellectual Property

Website content, retreat materials, branding and the After the I Do keepsake journal are owned by After the I Do or used with permission. They are provided for personal participation and may not be copied, distributed, sold, publicly displayed or used commercially without written permission.

Cancellation, Refunds and Transfers

Customer cancellations, refunds and transfer requests are governed by the Retreat Registration & Cancellation Policy linked in the footer and event listing. Review it before purchase. A transfer to another eligible married couple requires a written request and approval and is subject to payment status, timing, rooming-list deadlines and venue restrictions.

Force Majeure

If circumstances outside a party’s reasonable control materially affect an event, including severe weather, natural disaster, public emergency, government restriction, labor disruption or resort closure, After the I Do may adjust, postpone or cancel the experience. Any refund or transfer for an After the I Do cancellation is handled under the Retreat Registration & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation Regarding Independently Purchased Travel

Transportation, airfare, rental cars, childcare, travel insurance, clothing and other personal or travel expenses are not included in the retreat package and are not reimbursed by After the I Do. Couples are encouraged to consider appropriate protection for those expenses.

Website Accuracy

We work to keep website and event information accurate. If a general website statement conflicts with the event listing shown at checkout, the event-specific listing controls for that reservation. We may correct typographical or display errors and update information before a purchase is completed.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how registration, purchase, website and Couple Profile information is handled, including information shared with Wix, payment and financing providers, and the resort.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
